Psalms 139:14

En un dΓa del hombre estΓ‘n los dΓas
del tiempo, desde aquel inconcebible
dΓa inicial del tiempo, en que un terrible
Dios prefijΓ³ los dΓas y agonΓas
Cartago aniquilada, Infierno y Gloria.
Dame, SeΓ±or, coraje y alegrΓa
para escalar la cumbre de este dΓa.

The showdown at Tara in 980 was like the Super Bowl of ancient Ireland. MΓ‘el Sechnaill mac Domnaill, the Irish MVP, faced off against the Norse Vikings, who had set up their Viking HQ in Dublin. Long story short: the Irish won, and the Vikings got their helmets handed to them. This wasn’t just any win—this was the one that signaled the Vikings were losing their grip on Ireland and the Gaelic Irish were back in the game. After the dust settled, Norse leader GlΓΊniairn (also known as JΓ‘rnknΓ©, which probably sounded much cooler back then) had to admit defeat and officially acknowledge MΓ‘el Sechnaill as the High King of Ireland. And it wasn’t just a “you win, good game” situation—GlΓΊniairn had to agree to pay up and follow Gaelic rules like a proper guest.
But wait, there’s a twist: despite the Irish win, Dublin got its official start as a Norse city in 988. Turns out, the Gaelic and Norse weren’t just enemies; they were frenemies. Dublin, originally a Viking hotspot, ended up becoming a major trading hub where these two groups mixed things up. Thanks to the peace treaty between GlΓΊniairn and MΓ‘el Sechnaill, everyone calmed down enough for Dublin to thrive as a booming market and cultural hub. So, Dublin’s rise to city status shows that even back then, when cultures clash, sometimes they also cash in—together!

Col.1:10
"That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;"

Gold amulet in shape of vulture from tomb of Tutankhamun: Amulet in the shape of the vulture. As this figure is very frequent it seems to appear as a symbol of the Upper egyptian goddess Nekhbet so maybe she is represented here but the vulture was also sacred to the mother goddess Mut and it might be she who is depicted. | Located in: Egyptian Museum, Cairo.

"O queen, we pray thee, whatsoe'er,
Known unto thee, were well revealed,
That thou wilt trust it to our ear,
And bid our anxious heart be healed!
That waneth now unto despair--
Now, waxing to a presage fair,
Dawns, from the altar, Hope--to scare
From our rent hearts the vulture Care." ---Aeschylus

Pomegranate
Protect with Pomegranates -> They're packed with polyphenol antioxidants. Polyphenols fight free radicals and regulate skin's blood flow, giving it rosiness. One pomegranate or a few glasses of juice daily should do.
